TradeSpace is proud to be the home and fulfillment service provider for a wide variety of businesses. From non-alcoholic drinks, to printers, makeup, snacks and more, the TradeSpace team picks, packs, and ships out orders daily to happy customers.

Your role as the Fulfillment Manager is to prepare the orders of the day for the Pick and Packers to fulfill, and oversee their work to ensure top quality and efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing TradeSpace’s inventory management software and shipping sites to ensure orders are being processed successfully, and inventory levels stay accurate.

Your tasks include:

  • Managing a team of Pick and Packers.
  • Checking for new orders every day.
  • Printing packing slips, labels, and any other necessary information for the Pick and Packers to fulfill orders.
  • Quality-checking orders to ensure top quality and reduce any potential mistakes.
  • Managing TradeSpace’s inventory management software.
  • Generating end-of-month fulfillment reports for the accounting team.

To be considered you must meet the minimum eligibility criteria:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot uncertain situations/issues that arise.
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 1:00pm (could be less or more depending on how busy it is)
