Our story.
Before
Co-founders and entrepreneurs Daniel Delgado and Jordan Tetreau's journey began at a coworking space. However, coming from trades backgrounds, they found themselves out of sync with the environment. A transformative idea took shape as they conversed – a vision to create a workspace tailored for fellow tradespeople and entrepreneurs. A coworking space with flexible warehouse storage for businesses like theirs. Fueled by the lack of such a space, TradeSpace was born.
The first co-warehouse in Canada was born. If the solution doesn’t exist, build it! TradeSpace offered 10,000 square feet of warehouse space.

Now
Five years later, TradeSpace has grown to 200,000 square feet of warehouse and office space across three locations in Calgary. With nearly 150 members, TradeSpace is growing faster than we ever expected. Thank you for embracing our dream and it’s an honor to be part of yours.
