As a Community Assistant, you're the superhero of our center, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our members feel at home.

Here's what your day looks like:

‍

• You kickstart the day by setting up our boardrooms bright and early, ensuring they're primed for productive meetings.
• A quick pitstop at the coffee machines reveals a clog. Can you work your magic and fix it before our members miss out on their morning brew?
• Once our awesome members start trickling in, you're on hand to make their day easier. Whether it's booking meeting rooms or handling package requests, you're the go-to person.
• Oh no, the Wi-Fi's acting up! Time to spring into action, locate the router, and save the day. And don't forget to charm the vendor into fixing it pronto while juggling a few member complaints.
• Ever the friendly face, you're ready to showcase our space to potential new members. Answering questions, easing concerns, and demonstrating why we're the best place to be. Plus, you get to be part of the sales process, giving tours and highlighting what makes us special.
• As the day winds down, you take a stroll through the center, ensuring everything's spick and span for tomorrow's adventures.
