Key Responsibilities:

Member Acquisition:

  • Lead Tours for Potential Members: Conduct engaging and informative tours, showcasing the value of TradeSpace to potential members.
  • Monitor Existing Deals: Keep track of ongoing negotiations and support the sales process to ensure timely progress.
  • Follow Up: Maintain contact with potential members after tours, providing additional information and answering questions to facilitate their decision-making process.
  • Close Sales: Assist in closing deals by negotiating terms that meet both the needs of the member and the objectives of TradeSpace.

Member Retention:

  • Onboarding New Members: Provide a seamless onboarding process for new members, familiarizing them with our facilities, services, and community.
  • Member Experience Management: Actively manage the member experience by promptly addressing requests and resolving issues to prevent disruptions in their workspace experience.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Regularly check and restock essential supplies such as coffee, printer materials, and snacks to maintain a functional and comfortable workspace.
  • Day-to-Day Troubleshooting: Quickly troubleshoot and resolve any day-to-day issues, ensuring minimal impact on daily operations and member productivity.

Community Engagement:

  • Member Interaction: Engage with members regularly to understand their needs, gather feedback, and foster a supportive community atmosphere.
  • Event Organization: Assist in organizing community events and activities that promote networking, learning, and collaboration among members.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any member concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive and cohesive community experience.

Skills We Are Looking For:

  • Customer Service: Empathy, adaptability, clear communication skills, and patience.
  • Sales: Communication, active listening, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to manage various digital tools and platforms effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to quickly address and resolve issues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and support the Community Lead in achieving overall goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a co-warehousing or shared workspace environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Technical proficiency in managing CRM systems and other digital tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

A Day in the Life of Our Community Assistant: Your day begins with ensuring the workspace is ready for members, from organizing meeting rooms to preparing refreshments. You greet members with a warm smile, assist with any immediate needs, and prepare for scheduled tours. Throughout the day, you engage with members to understand their needs and gather feedback, manage inventory, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. You assist in organizing community events and support the Community Lead in executing strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention. As the day winds down, you ensure that all tasks are completed and that the workspace is set up for the next day’s activities.
