You’ll need to manage a constant flow of requests, solve problems on the fly, and stay calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

Member Acquisition:

  • Lead Tours for Potential Members: You’ll need to sell the value of TradeSpace while answering detailed questions on the spot.
  • Monitor Deals: Keep multiple deals moving forward, often juggling different deadlines and member needs simultaneously.
  • Follow Up: You’ll need to maintain relationships with prospective members, even when your inbox is overflowing.
  • Close Sales: Expect to negotiate terms while managing competing priorities and keeping members satisfied.

Member Retention:

  • Onboard New Members: The onboarding process can get hectic—members will need help navigating the space while you’re handling other tasks.
  • Manage Member Experience: You’ll be the go-to person for everything, from managing complaints to making sure supplies are always stocked. Members rely on you, and the pressure to deliver is real.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Regularly check and restock essential supplies such as coffee, printer materials, and snacks to maintain a functional and comfortable workspace.
  • Day-to-Day Troubleshooting: Whether it’s the Wi-Fi going down or an urgent issue in the warehouse, you’ll need to find solutions fast. No two days are the same, and you’ll constantly have to pivot between tasks.

Community Engagement:

  • Member Interaction: Engaging with members is key, but you’ll need to balance relationship-building with a packed to-do list.
  • Issue Resolution: When things go wrong—and they will—it’s your job to resolve issues quickly and maintain a positive environment, even in high-pressure situations.

Skills We Are Looking For:

  • Customer Service: You’ll need patience and quick thinking to address member concerns efficiently, often dealing with multiple issues at once.
  • Sales: Negotiation and communication skills are essential as you’ll be expected to close deals in a competitive environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Complex issues will come up, and you’ll need to think on your feet to resolve them without letting anything fall through the cracks.
  • Adaptability: Each day will throw new challenges at you. Your ability to learn on the go and handle unexpected situations will be crucial.

What You Can Expect:

A Day in the Life: Your day might start with a flood of member requests, followed by giving tours to prospective clients. By mid-afternoon, you’re dealing with an unhappy member while coordinating a repair. The day might end with you restocking supplies and joining a team meeting to discuss the next day’s challenges. Every day is a test of your ability to manage stress, multitask, and solve problems efficiently.
