Inside Sales Associate

This role serves as the primary point of contact for potential new TradeSpace members. You will be responsible for monitoring phone lines, managing live chat interactions, initiating qualifying calls and emails, and ultimately converting leads into qualified opportunities. Working closely with our community managers, you will facilitate the onboarding of new members and maintain accurate data for business reporting purposes. Success in this role will be measured by key conversion performance indicators (KPIs).

Schedule

Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.

What will you be doing?

  • Engage prospects as the initial contact 
  • Qualify leads based on our model’s criteria
  • Convert leads into opportunities
  • Maintain multiple pipelines, and keeping up to date on all associated activities
  • Execute curated proposals
  • Monitor, and respond to a live chat inquires
  • Monitor, and answer incoming phone lines
  • Set up facility tours
  • Maintain and update reporting information and tools
  • Maintain and update inventory lists
  • Close new membership agreements
  • Achieve exceptional conversion Rates
  • Exceed Sales targets
  • Collaborate with sales team to continually build and improve our offerings

Requirements

  • A diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing  is considered an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales experience
  • Fluent in English, and comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Availability from 7:00 AM, to 7PM MST
